Where do I get v2.0 of ASP.NET? Visual Studio 2005? Visual Web Developer Express 2005?
The new version of ASP.NET, as well as the associated products, are not quite ready as of the publishing date of the book. Beta 2, which includes a "go live" license to use the new framework in production, will be available for download probably in the March 2005 timeframe. Download information will be posted as it becomes available here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/asp.net/.

What about v8.0 of POP Forums?
Before we put the new version of the forums out into the world, we want to make sure it has been adequately tested with .NET v2.0 Beta 2. Since it hasn't yet been released, we obviously can't do the testing! :) Fear not, you can keep up with the release in the forums here on uber:ASP.Net as well as the POP Forums site.
